We spent 2 nights here in January 2024 booked via booking.com with the main purpose to visit family and friends. We landed at KLIA2 Airport and proceeded to the apartment using a rental car. Locating the apartment was relatively easy and straight-forward via the excellent highway networks of the Klang Valley. Check in instructions were provided in advance via a WhatsApp message. Security guards on 24/7 duty were familiar with the required access to the mail room to obtain the apartment keys/hob. Apartment unit 31-11A is very spacious with a separate kitchen area and a wonderful view from the window. Complimentary tea and coffee were supplied. Beds and pillows were firm but comfortable for our liking. Wifi speed was excellent. The bonus was the proximity to the ever-popular SS2 morning and night markets and food shops.

Hup

The host was very helpful and giving us clear instructions for self check-in and self check-out prior to our arrival date. Upon check-in, the unit was clean. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay :) we accidentally left a tablet in the unit after check-out, and the host is kind enough to help us keep the item safe until we collect it back from him again.

Yu

Almost fully equipped for a good stay. Clean place. Good location and near food eateries. We loved the huge windows and the scenic view from the room as well as, the pool. The full size fridge was more than adequate for our drinks and foodstuff. The host provided laundry detergent, dishwasher liquid, handwash, shower and shampoo.

Dublin

The staff is responding very fast when any problems arise during check-in. Had an issues where other tenant took extra key which originally belong to my room but staff handle the issues very promptly and professionally. Amazing view just outside the window. Designated parking space is provided by the host which is free.
